We were in Target and saw these Halloween costumes for kids. This top one is horrible! The Round Rhyme Master comes with a blow up belly and a necklace that says, "Rap is Phat". I seriously can't believe this costume exists. Even worse is the thought that someone will purchase this costume for their child.
I thought this one was pretty funny. It's a garden gnome. It looks just like the little statues.
