This year, we repeated the tradition of spending the 4th of July in Mission Bay, San Diego. For those not familiar with this location, think MTV Spring Break. There are tons of people partying on the beach all day. It really does remind me of the footage that you see on MTV. The day was beautiful and everyone was in a great mood. The highlight of the evening was a drunk Rich, scavenging for a coke and returning with strawberry margarita mix and no tequila. He then proceeded to pass out in Hilary's house and then again on Scott's front lawn. Rich, you definitely entertained many of us on the 4th!

I gotta say the Margarita mix sans tequila was pretty damn funny...
ReplyDeleteThat and the "Where's Rich?" game everytime he disappeared to go find a nice place to pass out or scavenge for more beer.
My favorite Rich quotes from the day were; "Hey... There ain't shit in this!" said with genuine surprise after swigging the virgin margarita mix... "That chair was just so comfortable" stated when we were dragging his drunk ass out of Hilary's chair... and "Leave me alone, I'm comfortable" mumbled while face down, half in my grass, half in my driveway...
