Last weekend I traveled back to Kyoto. This time I went with friends. We were going to see the beautiful fall foliage. Surprisingly everybody else in Japan was thinking the same thing. All the temples and parks were packed. People were everywhere. It was a little overwhelming. However the trees were beautiful and I was very pleased.

This time I traveled to Yasaka Shrine, Chionin Temple, and Kiyomizu Temple (pictured above). I unfortunately missed out on the Sunday's excursions; I headed home early with a severe migraine. The hostel blasted the heat and totally dried out my entire sinus cavity. Nasty stuff. Very disappointed that I didn't get to see more.

This is a picture of me explaining the name of my blog to David. Pretty funny. Click
here for the very large album. I really got obsessed with photographing the trees.
