The computer is up and running again. After I posted Oops (part 1) the computer eventually hibernated and the screen never recovered. It became totally white with the giant black spot still remaining. So we decided to purchase a cheap monitor to hook up to the laptop. It works and we didn't have to fork out too much. Long term we intend on buying a new computer, but figure we will just wait until we return home. We already own a seperate hard drive that we back everything up on. We will just store our stuff on it and cart it home with us next year.
Upcoming posts; Shirahama Beach Party fun and a post on corporal punishment. I have witnessed it and am appalled! I'll tell you all about it soon.
