This past weekend we celebrated many things. We celebrated Kevin's return and hopefully his stay in Kansai. We also celebrated Yasuhide's birthday. On Monday we invited Yasuhide over for some chicken nachos and an apple crisp birthday dessert (very American of us, huh). We are trying to spread the love of Mexican food to the Japanese and Yasuhide loves Rich's nachos; one down over a million more Japanese to go.
